Being American (cause you know, MURICA’!) we have super-sized processed foods which cause havoc our diet and our bodies, yet more specifically sugar is our main issue. Sugar kills our blood sugar levels and often is the end of our diets because if you attempt to burn fat or carbs, you first have to break down a wall of the sugar you’ve consumed. How can we feel full longer? How can we overcome the need for cheese and chocolate?
