A few years ago, I visited British Columbia to see the wild salmon being caught by one of the Native American Tribes in the area. Ever since then, I have been fascinated with the benefits of fish. Despite the fact I grew up catching Rockfish and many other fish, one of the world’s delicacies of salmon has been eaten and overlooked for we do not truly look into what we have in store.

What really intrigues me are claims of potential cancer fighting foods and oils. If that is true, then why do we not have the cure to cancer? Or do we have the cure and it is unseen by the FDA? For more information on cancer fighting salmon
